Anthracnose caused by the Colletotrichum scovillei is main diseases of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) that affect on plant productivity. The control pathogenic fungi has been widely reported utilizing biological agents applied in biofungicides. Bacillus spp. was to have antagonistic abilities against several fungus. purpose this study determine ability species scovillei. begins rejuvenatio C. and B. subtillis, cereus, coagulans, thuringiensis identified. inhibition growth biomass tested vitro, as well testing filtrates colonies. inhibitions Scovillei were ranged from 91.36% 96.46% a percentage 85.35% 88.53% compared control. at concentrations 20%-90% able inhibit colonies with up 99.84%. good quality standard agent must >70% vitro. occurs likely due competition for nutrient space. And other, possibility an mechanism form presence chitinase, which one antifungal metabolite compounds.
